1.1 QFiber “the Company” respects your privacy. When you use our services, you trust us with your information. We understand that this is a big responsibility and we work hard to protect your information.
1.2 The purpose of this policy is to explain transparently the basis for processing any personal information collected from you through your browsing of the website qfiber.co.il (“the site”), how the information will be used, how it will be disclosed to third parties, and the use of “cookies” or files or tags on the site.
1.3 The Company is committed to protecting your personal information (as defined below) in a manner consistent with applicable data protection laws. We ask you to read this policy carefully along with the Company’s terms of use, and to understand the Company’s position and procedures regarding your personal information and how the Company will handle it.
1.4 The detailed terms of the privacy policy are in the language of the memorandum for convenience only and are intended for both genders equally.

3.1 Definitions Personal Information – any information related to the private affairs of a person and/or information about a specific or identifiable individual; an identifiable person is one who can be identified either directly or in conjunction with additional data we have or can access, such as: full name, email address, phone number, identification number, location data, or a factor related to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that person.
Anonymous Information – information that does not allow the Company to contact you or identify you and does not relate to information that can be used for this purpose. This includes information collected passively about your activity on the site such as usage data to the extent that this information is not linked to your personal information.

3.4 Information Collected Through Various Technologies
3.4.1 Log Files – For routine maintenance purposes, analyzing traffic data, and providing and improving the site, we use log files that collect information such as IP addresses, browser information, cookies, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), referring/exit pages, platform types, date/time stamps, number of clicks, and page positions.
